1. In case of inclement weather, tennis lessons will be cancelled once typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or after a Black Rainstorm Warning signal is announced.
2. If typhoon signal No.3 or below is hoisted, please contact the coach-in-charge to check the latest arrangements.
3. No refund will be given if a lesson is cancelled due to bad weather conditions. If court(s) are available, cancelled lesson(s) will be rescheduled to another date.
4. If the coach-in-charge decides to go ahead with the tennis on rainy days, parents are advised to remain at the courts. In case the weather condition worsens, and the coach is forced to call off the lesson abruptly, the HKTA shall not be responsible for the safety of any child after the coach has cancelled the lesson.
