 Background Minimize

The Junior Tennis Novice Competition is comprised of a series of competitions and a Grand Masters, this Series is for junior tennis beginners aged between 8 to 12.  It provides an ideal platform for young beginners to engage in friendly, yet competitive tennis matches. It is geared at youngsters who have progressed past the mini-tennis ranks and those who already have some experience in tennis.  Events on offer include Boy’s & Girl’s Singles in 8U, 10U, 12U.  The top placed players of each competition will be invited to participate in the Grand Masters.  Competitions are held in different public tennis courts including Victoria Park, Hong Kong Tennis Centre, Tsing Yi Park,…etc.

In order to allow players the opportunity to gain more experience playing competitive tennis and offer them a chance to play as many matches as possible, players losing in the 1st / 2nd round in each event may be invited into a consolation draw.
