- To identify and address the educational needs of Squad juniors.
|
- To liaise with schools and tertiary educational institutions regarding the educational needs of Squad juniors.
|
- To provide guidance and advice to Squad parents on the educational options open to their children.
|
- To facilitate recruitment visits by college coaches.
|
- To organise visits if required to Showcases in USA each year.
|
- To keep an updated file on the colleges and college requirements for overseas and local institutions.
|
- To arrange seminars to keep players and parents updated on their options for college and or playing full-time.

- To formulate a career path for tennis players.
