Terms of Reference

• To formulate a yearly plan of program activities for the development of tennis in Hong Kong and to come up with a budget relating to the program activities.
• To conduct activities for the recruitment of grassroots players.
• To promote mini-tennis in primary schools and various districts and to organize mini-tennis competition programs.
• To facilitate tennis-related programs for secondary school students, the general public and corporate companies.
• To be responsible for the HKTA Junior Squad Training Programs and to exercise quality control over the programs.
• To organize local and overseas activities for junior players such as the China Tour.
• To coordinate with the Elite Committee to identify talents and to bridge the transition from Junior Squad to the Elite Squad.
• To coordinate with the Tournament Committee and the International Committee in relation to the Junior Tennis Series, Junior Rankings, and international junior age group tournaments such as the Rice Bowl and others.
