Terms of Reference

• Design and implement tennis coaches' training programs in accordance with Council policies.
  
• Design and implement programs directed toward upgrading and maintaining the overall standard and competence of all HKTA certified coaches.
  
• To raise the level of public recognition of our certified coaches.
  
• Create collective bargaining power to uphold the benefits of our coaches.
  
• To monitor our coaches' activities, attitudes and training.
  
• To provide channels for our coaches to self-improve and upgrade continuously.
  
• To work in accordance with the Education and Qualification Committee to assist our coaches in switching to the new certification system.
  
• To work in accordance with the Development Committee to help run the junior programs smoothly and successfully.
  
• Offer job placements to certified coaches.
